Electro-forged steel bar galvanized grating

Wholesale steel bar grating

Galvanized steel bar grating in stock sizes, priced for volume and trade supply. Panels, 36″ x 12″ and 42″ x 12″ carbon steel grating stair treads and cut-to-size pieces on one order, with material mill reports and inspection reports on every batch. Contractors, fabricators and distributors across New York, the Northeast and the rest of the USA buy direct from the manufacturer.

Heavy-duty & stainless steel bar grating

Manual-weld heavy duty from 2-1/2″ to 4″ bearing bar, plus 316 stainless for corrosive sites. Specified for oil refineries, offshore platforms, chemical plants and water treatment works where load and corrosion both matter. Every panel is inspected before it leaves the floor and ships with mill and heat certificates, inspection reports and quality control documentation.

Custom-made & serrated steel bar grating

Cut, banded and serrated to your drawings for slip resistance underfoot. Trench covers, catwalks, mezzanine floors, walkways and stair treads fabricated from your CAD, 3D and DWG files. Our detailing, engineering and surveying team works with you from the first sketch through fabrication to fitting on site, in the USA and overseas.

Architectural grating & G clip fasteners

Architectural metal bar grating with galvanized and 316 stainless G clip installation systems. Saddle clips, G clips and welded fixings in 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″ and 2″ ship with the panels, so nothing has to be sourced separately on site. Ornamental ironwork too: diamond, sea shell and O-ring pattern rolling shutter, storefront and window grilles, handmade to your measurements.
